At LVL UP EXPO Clothing Shop, we are committed to providing you with a seamless shopping experience. Below are the details of our shipping and returns policies for customers within the United States.

SHIPPING

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Standard shipping takes an estimated 3–7 business days. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. If you do not receive tracking information within 5 business days, please contact us at store@lvlupexpo.com.

RETURNS

We want you to love your LVL UP EXPO gear! If you’re not satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Some items are non-returnable, including clearance or sale items, gift cards, and personalized or custom-made products.

To request a return or exchange, contact us at store@lvlupexpo.com with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. Follow the provided instructions to ship your item(s) back. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect your returned item(s). Processing refunds may take 5–10 business days after approval. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

For size or product exchanges, we will process your request once the returned item is received. Please note that availability depends on stock.
