Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Domestic shipping typically takes 3–7 business days. Please note that delays due to customs, holidays, or unexpected circumstances are beyond our control.
We want you to love your LVL UP EXPO merchandise! If you are unsatisfied, returns or exchanges can be made under the following conditions. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. Returns or exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Clearance items, gift cards, and personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned.

If your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include photos of the issue and your order details, and we’ll resolve it promptly.
